Gigabyte Releases GN-TB100 Android Tablet
Gigabyte enters PC makers next big market for the tablet. The GN-TB100 should be noted above all for the price of the competition to date technology, but one should not have to do without.
Gigabyte presents at CeBIT, the new Android Gigabyte GN-TB100 tablet, running on NVIDIA Tegra processor 2 and has a 10.1-inch screen, built on the matrix of IPS and has a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. Other features – 512 MB or 1 GB of RAM and hard drive capacity up to 32GB. Tablet Gigabyte has two cameras – a 5 megapixel on the back cover and a front of 1.3 megapixels.
New supports 802.11 b / g / n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1, has an HDMI port and miniUSB. For now the tablet is running Android 2.2, but is likely to run Google Android 3.0 honeycomb when it hits the streets this summer. There is also a good chance that Gigabyte is the only OEM for this particular tablet, that is, you’ll see that repackaged with a different brand name for now is available in stores.
