It seems that HTC has gotten into some hot soup with your next “Facebook phone”. The HTC was sued recently by ChaCha ChaCha Search Inc., a search engine, for infringement of your trademark. The ChaCha, announced at Mobile World Congress as one of two HTC phones Facebook, which will be named a little different when is launched in Spain. According to the twitter account HTC Spains’, the phone will be known as the cha-cha.
It would be the fact that ChaCha becomes a specified period slang Spanish, and therefore the phone will be known as the HTC ChaChaCha when Facebook button brings the European nation. You stay classy, HTC. Clearly someone did not do enough market research before deciding to use ChaCha’s name for the phone. HTC just change your name so you do not have to deal with other issues related to ChaCha again.
