Acer Aspire One 722 Netbook prepping with AMD C-50 APU

Acer has prepared the “Aspire One 722”, a netbook based on the AMD Brazos platform, with 11.6-inch display and the same design as its predecessor Aspire One 257. The interesting element of this new product is the AMD C-50 APU with two x86 cores that operate at a frequency of 1 GHz. The TDP of this product is 9 watts and an integrated DDR3 memory controller.

The APU(Accelerated Processing Unit) integrated graphics chip Radeon HD 6250 will supports DirectX 11. On the cost and the exact date of release of this model is not reported.
