Motorola Atrix 4G gets Amazon Price Cut; just 49.99 for 2 Year Contract

The Motorola Atrix 4G smartphone is one of the hot new 4G options at AT&T, and for those who were balking at the $199 price tag at AT&T, there is some good news for you. Suppose you are thinking on purchasing a new Motorola Atrix 4G on AT&T and is so confused about the $199.99 price tag offered by the carrier. But when you check out Amazon online, you find some real deal there which makes you click it up blindly.

Now that is not the story we have for you. Amazon is offering Motorola Atrix 4G on AT&T for just $50 on a two year contract against the $199.99 offered by the carrier themselves.

The Motorola Atrix 4G is an AT&T smartphone powered by Android Froyo 2.2 version. One of the notable features of the Motorola Atrix 4G is its Motorola LapDock support that can turn your smartphone into a netbook. Motorola Atrix 4G is expected to receive a very strong competition this quarter courtesy of Verizon Wireless, the Motorola Droid Bionic.

The Motorola Atrix 4G phone won 11 awards at the CES 2011, including best of show, and has received a resounding 4.3 out of 5 stars from users, many of whom declare that they prefer the Atrix to the iPhone 4. The Motorola Atrix enjoys an ‘excellent’ rating from Cnet, who praises the savvy smartphone for its speed, high-end features, and its overall performance.

The Atrix features a 4″ HD touchscreen, 3D graphics, 5 mp camera, Nvidia’s Tegra 2 chipset dual core processor, 4G speed, Android 2.2 OS, and some very innovative tools. Users are also treated to Motorola’s webtop application, which delivers a PC laptop like experience, running a full Mozilla Firefox browser that includes full support for Adobe Flash Player.  The webtop application works in conjunction with the Atrix laptop dock.  This impressive accessory is pricey, however received positive ratings from Cnet despite the cost.  Amazon also offers $100 off the laptop accessory when you buy the Motorola Atrix and service from Amazon Wireless.
