Samsung Droid Charge 4G expected to be released on the Date of May 3; Verizon Document leaks
You know that Verizon had announced the release of Samsung Droid Charge would be released on 28 of this month, but unfortunately the release of the device was postponed by Samsung due to the Verizon 4G LTE outage. It makes sense since the Samsung Droid Charge is next flagship Smartphone on Verizon 4G LTE network.
Now it seems that the new Smartphone will be released as soon as Tuesday, the info was revealed from a Verizon internal leak and that says that Kiosks will start receiving stock of the phone one Monday followed by all locations by Wednesday. and the Screenshot also reads the Droid Charge can’t be sold before Tuesday and Costco has flagged the Smartphone with “Do not Sell”. and the confirmation of the revised date will be sent on Monday.
Samsung Droid Charge features a 1GHz single-core processor, 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Plus display, the 8MP camera in the back that captures video at 1080p, the front-facing 1.3MP camera and the 1600mAh battery. The device is running on Android 2.2 Froyo and has a Virtual QWERTY keyboard with Swype technology.
Anyway, the release is almost sure for next week and even though not sure for Tuesday, but there is still possibility.
