Nokia ships Nokia X7 and E6 Symbian Anna Smartphones now

Finally wait is over, Nokia has started the shipping of its first Nokia Symbian Anna Smartphones the Nokia E6 and Nokia X7. Announced back in April, these two have been on pre-order for a while and now you can buy one.

Nokia X7 sports a 4-inch AMOLED display with a distinctive chassis crafted from stainless steel and glass, the back of the device is almost curved. The Device also feature an 8-megapixel with a dual-LED flash, capable of 720p HD video recording, and the faster browsing experience from the Nokia Symbian Anna update. That pulls Facebook and Twitter updates direct to the home-screen as well as boosted Ovi Maps.

Nokia X7 will be available Europe, Eurasia, China, India and other Asia/Pacific countries. Its pre-order price in Germany (according to Nokia’s online store) is €459 and €429 in Italy.

Nokia E6 on the other hand has 2.4-inch capacitive touchscreen packs in a Gorilla glass display, just like the Nokia X7, and delivers a stunning 640 by 480-pixel resolution. The display is 4x the clarity (326ppi) of the Nokia E72, so images will be crystal sharp. This makes it the sharpest and most powerful business class device out there. Weighs133g and measuring 115.5 x 59 x 10.5mm, the Nokia E6 is smaller and more compact than the Nokia E6 and its all-in-one design makes it perfect for those stepping up from the Nokia E72. Other features include 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, as well as 8MB of internal memory and a micro SD card that can take up to 32GB cards with ease.

The touchscreen/QWERTY E-series messenger, the Nokia E6, will be available in Europe, Eurasia, Asia/Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. In UK phone is free with a £25/month contract with Vodafone or T-Mobile or on pre-paid for £339 with Vodafone. Nokia Germany’s online store still have it on pre-order for €429 while Italians can pre-order it for €399. The Nokia UK online store still lists it as available on pre-order for £349 (€400) SIM-free.
