Sprint to release Motorola XPRT and Motorola Titanium Android Smartphones; Specs and Release Date
Sprint announced a couple of Android Smartphones by Motorola on its network, dubbed Motorola XPRT and a Motorola Titanium, in fact Motorola XPRT is re-branded version of Motorola DROID Pro on Verizon’s network whereas Titanium is successor to the the Motorola i1, is a iDEN flavored model that is said to be the first to combine Nextel Direct Connect and Eclair.
The Motorola XPRT powered with 1GHz processor features 3.1 inch display, physical QWERTY keyboard, and running on Android 2.2 Froyo. The Smartphone will be released on June 5. You can buy the device for a price of $125 on two year contract whereas Verizon is still selling the Droid Pro for $179.99 on Contract.
Motorola Titanium is built to MIL-SPEC 810G which means it is impenetrable to dust and won’t be harmed by shock, vibration, high and low temperature, and most of the other things that can destroy your smartphone. The Titanium features a 3.1 inch screen, a portrait facing QWERTY keyboard, 5MP rear camera, 1820mAh battery. The Pricing and launch date of the Titanium yet to be revealed.
