Fujitsu ships Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q550 Windows 7 Tablet in U.S; Specs and Price
Fujitsu finally announced the availability of the Fujitsu Stylistic Q550 tablet in US. The tablet running on Windows 7 is basically designed for professionals. The company claims “Mobile professionals and students alike will enjoy its brilliantly bright 10.1″ wide display with precise and pressure-sensitive digital pen input plus a touch screen for multi-touch input”.
The Tablet was on pre-order for a last few weeks and now the company has started to ship the tablet in America. The 1.5GHz Intel Atom Z670 Oak Trail processor -powered tablet features 10.1″ 1,280 x 800 resolution IPS display, a dual digitizer for pen input and 4-finger multi-touch control, a 2.5″ SSD, 2GB RAM, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth support as well as optional 3G and GPS connectivity .
The tablet also sports An HDMI output, an Intel GMA600 graphics chipset, an SDHC memory card slot, a USB port and a fingerprint scanner rounds off the list of specifications.
“There should be no market confusion that the STYLISTIC Q550 slate PC is designed for the enterprise market,” said Bob O’Donnell, program vice president, IDC.
The Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q550 Windows 7 tablet base model is now available through the Fujitsu website (www.shopfujitsu.com) and all Fujitsu channels for a price of $729 while the 62GB and four cells worth of swappable Lithium-ion joy will set you back $849.
