Gigabyte M2432 Laptop with docking Station unveiled at Computex 2011; Specs and Hands-on Video
Gigabyte unveiled another beast dubbed M2432 laptop at computex and proved no stranger in the field of dockable computing devices. The laptop is coming with a 14-inch LCD at a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels and has an expansion dock which gives it six USB 2.0 ports (in addition to its own), an extra HDMI connector, a DVI output and better graphics and built-in desktop-class NVIDIA GeForce GT 440 1 GB graphics card.
The Gigabyte M2432 laptop powered by a Core i5-2410M 2.3GHz to 2.9GHz processor sports Intel HD Graphics 3000, 4GB of DDR3 RAM, 500GB 7200rpm hard drive and 1.3 megapixel webcam. For connectivity you will find 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, HDMI-out, VGA-out, an eSATA/USB 2.0 combo port, and two USB 3.0 ports.
The device also features a a DVD burner that can be switched with a secondary battery and a DVD burner that can be swapped with a secondary battery at a weight of 1.8kg (3.97lbs). Unfortunately the company hasn’t announced any details on pricing and availability of the device yet and we are looking forward to it, so stay tuned.
