Motorola Photon 4G Smartphone for Sprint unveiled; Specs goes here
If you guys are looking for sprint cell phones, then here is a happy news for you that is Motorola finally unveiled its new Smartphone dubbed Photon 4G for Sprint, the Smartphone looks exciting with design and features a kickstand. It is running the latest and greatest Android 2.3 Gingerbread out of the box.
The Motorola Photon 4G packs a 4.3-inch qHD display, 1GHz dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in memory, and pre-installed Gingerbread — plus, for better or worse, the latest version of Blur. The Smartphone also features 8MP camera on the back with dual LED flash and a front-facing camera for video calling, a dedicated camera button, and mini USB and HDMI ports.
The handset is the first from a US carrier to offer up global 4G connectivity, and it’s also got 3G support. Regardless of the 4G WiMAX and the CDMA connectivity, the phone actually has 850/900/1900 GSM radio inside, so you can use it on any GSM network as well. Apart from the worldwide connectivity, data encryption and remote device management round up the reasons why Motorola is touting the PHOTON 4G as an enterprise device.
The Smartphone is coming with two docks that include the Multimedia Dock, and a Car Dock. Unfortunately the Smartphone lacks Full HD 1080p video capture out of the dual-core Tegra 2 chipset, the PHOTON 4G records HD 720p video, but outputs 1080p via its HDMI port.
According to Motorola the Photon 4G for Sprint will be released in Q3 but the company hasn’t announced any particular release date as well as price
