Samsung Galaxy S 2: Biggest Release of 2011

Everyone went nuts, When Samsung brought out the new Galaxy S II at MWC this year .  Samsung Galaxy S II is the successor of Samsung’s famous Andorid smartphone of the last year, Galaxy S. The groundbreaking smartphone is up for a U.S. launch in the second week of June 2011. Similar to its predecessor, Samsung Galaxy S II may possibly be available on almost all carriers in the country.

To go through some of the features of the specs of Galaxy S II , The phone has a 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen, Super AMOLED Plus 800 x 480 display. Underneath the amazing screen is an evenly impressive 1.2 GHz dual core processor, that allows for 1080p HD video recording from the phone’s 8MP camera. The phone comes in 16GB and 32GB variants, and of course it does support microSDHC for up to 32GB more memory, but it’s not hotswappable. The Infuse 4G on the other hand has a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, with a single core 1.2GHz processor, Android 2.3, comes with only a 16GB variant, and runs on HSPA+ with support for Wi-Fi .

Thanks to Android’s latest version, Gingerbread the device will offer faster browsing, better multitasking and smooth UI.Samsung is aiming to be the leader in the smartphone market and the Galaxy S II appears to be Apple’s greatest challenger yet.
