Sony S1 and S2 Android Honeycomb Tablets release Date to be in Septemeber in Europe?
A month ago Sony unveiled its new Android Honeycomb tablets at an event, codenamed Sony S1 and S2 and we saw the Sony S1 and S2 approved by FCC last week which revealed the S1 to come in four variations and the S2 to come with AT&T HSPA+ support, yet the release date for these tablets were unknown. Now it seems that the S1 and S2 tablets are to be released in September and the pre-order for the tablets will start as early as August.
According to engadget, the tablets will be available first in Europe through its Sony Direct, UK retailer John Lewis, and another unconfirmed retailer at the launch. Sony S1 tablet features 9.4-inch display with a folded magazine design while the S2 has 2 5-inch displays and a clamshell form factor.
