AT&T USBConnect Momentum 4G and Mobile Hotspot Elevate 4G LTE Devices Release Date and Plans confirmed
AT&T has announced that 4G USB Connector wit HSPA/LTE support will be available in stores on August 21, don’t think that its 4G LTE Service is launched!. Anyway it seems that anticipated 4G LTE service is getting closer to its launch and this devices announcement is hopeful for AT&T consumers who are waiting for 4G LTE service on AT&T network.
The device dubbed USB Connect Momentum 4G and AT&T Mobile Hotspot Elevate 4G will go on sale via stores on suggested August 21st and data connect plans will be offered at $50 per month for 5GB with usage charges of $10 for each additional GB. Anyway note that even though the device will be available and support its HSPA+ network, it doesn’t guarantee that users will be able to use speedy 4G LTE network soon after the launch of the device.
AT&T recently announced plans to roll out 4G LTE in five markets – Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio – later this summer. Consumers out of the 4G LTE coverage areas will still have access to AT&T’s fast HSPA+ network. Additionally, the company also announced a firmware update for LTE-upgradeable AT&T USBConnect Adrenaline to be able to access LTE network once it is activated and users will be able to update on August 26 .
