Sharp Galapagos A01SH 7″ Honeycomb Tablet and Specs revealed; releasing later this Month
Finally 7 inch Sharp Galapagos A01SH Android Honeycomb Tablet officially announced and will be released later this month at least in Japan. Sharp nowadays concentrating on devices like tablets and Smartphones, the company had released 2 other Galapagos tablets last year.
The Sharp Galapagos A01SH equipped with powerful NVIDIA Tegra 2 chipset clocked at 1GHz employees 7″ display with resolution of 1024×600, 1GB of RAM, a 5-megapixel main one with autofocus and LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camers for video calling, and a battery that will be good for 7.5 hours life at a charge. The tablet will be running on Android 3.2 Honeycomb. The tablet has 8GB of storage and can be expanded via microSD card slot.
According to reports, the tablet will go on sale later this month and the device is also expected to be available in US although a specific date is not revealed. The tablet’s price is yet to be announced, but expect it to be reasonable to compete other devices out there.
