Toshiba reportedly to release Ultra-Thin Android Tablet; expected at IFA 2011

Even though the Toshiba took a long time to release its first tablet the Thrive after the announcement, it seems that the company didn’t take much longer to produce a new device, means its successor. report comes around the web that the Toshiba is preparing to unveil an ultra-thin tablet as thrive’s successor at IFA 2011.

According to leak, the new tablet is expected to be powered by TI OMAP4460 dual-core 1.5GHz processor and feature 10″ of viewing goodness in WXGA resolution,  microSD port, micro HDMI slot, micro USB port and storage capacities that range from 8GB to 32GB.

The tablet really looks nice on the image that was leaked and appeared on notebook Italia that is below and looks ultra thin than the earlier Thrive tablet. It seems that many would be attracted by the device at least with its sleek and thin profile. Toshiba should be expecting a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet’s response from the market with this new tablet, the Samsung galaxy Tab 10.1 is 8.6mm thin. Anyway, let’s hope more details  will be available at IFA 2011 at least.
