AC Schnitzer to bring 2012 BMW 650i Convertible at Frankfurt Auto Show

Frankfurt Auto Show is getting closer and we can expect many stunning vehicles in the row, yet we can also expect some vehicles from tuner’s and two of them will be BMW’s 1-Series M Coupe and the second one will be based on the new BMW 6-Series Convertible.Let’s take a look at what 6-Series convertible brings as new.

The 6 Series convertible is coming with  boosted V8 engine  that will give you a whopping 540 HP, the the 6 Series real HP is 407 and with the extra 133 HP, the BMW will sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds, a 0.5 second improvement from the standard 4.9 seconds. The concpet will also sport twin sports rear silencer with chromed “Sport Trim” tailpipe trims, an 8-pot high performance brake system for the front, and an AC Schnitzer suspension spring kit.

Other features include new set of 21″ Type VIII forged alloy wheel in BiColor to round out the look from the outside and interior is finished with a matte space grey and features a sports airbag steering wheel, an AC Schnitzer “Black Line” aluminum cover for the i-Drive system controller, and AC Schnitzer aluminum foot rests and pedals.

Exterior includes a new front spoiler, a chromed front grille and chrome decor strips, a rear skirt insert, and loading lip protection film. The 2012 BMW 650i is brought by AC Schnitzer .
