MetroPCS to release LG Esteem 4G LTE Smartphone; Specs and Price revealed

It seems that MetroPCS is going to offer an LTE Smartphone on its network soo, a leaked screenshot from LG’s Partner Portal  reveals a new Smartphone named LG Esteem to be heading to the carrier MetroPCS. There is a rumor that the LG Esteem would be a version of the LG Revolution for the pre-paid carrier that was first revealed on PhoneNews.

When it comes to the specs revealed on the leak, the LG Esteem is coming with a single-core Snapdragon 1GHz processor under the hood combined with 512MB of RAM. The Smartphone also sports a 4.3 inch LCD display , 5MP camera on back captures video at 720p while the 1.3MP front-facing shooter, latest version of LG’s Optimus UI atop Android 2.3 Gingerbread.

The LG Esteem seems to have only 4GB of internal and the OS will be latest Android 2.3.4 right out of the box. According to the leak, the LG Esteem should be launched in the mid of October and expected to be priced at $349 with a $100 mail-in-rebate.
