The most anticipated Android Smartphone after many rumors and leaks, has been official, Motorola and Verizon today announced the official release date, Price and availability. Since the device was first announced back in January at CES, the Droid Bionic has been on the top of the rumors and leaks.

Motorola Droid Bionic as expected early will be released on September 8th, means tomorrow and will be available from Verizon’s stores. The new device is coming with many new features and surely an attraction for those who have been looking for a powerful Smartphone with fast internet connection.

The Droid Bionic Smartphone powered by a dual-core 1 GHz processor sports 1 GB of RAM, a stunning 4.3-inch qHD display, 8-megapixel autofocus camera with flash and 1080p HD video capture, Front-facing camera for video chat over 4G LTE, 3G or Wi-Fi, total of 32GB of storage, 16 GB on board memory and another 16 via the pre-installed microSD card and latest version of Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread OS.

On the software side, the Droid Bionic features a new ZumoCast app which lets you wirelessly transfer files and media from your desktop computer to the smartphone and vice versa. The device supports HTML 5 and comes Adobe flash pre-loaded. The company also offers some accessories like laptop dock turns the smartphone into a full-fledged netbook with its 11.6-inch screen, physical keyboard and integrated trackpad.

On the connectivity side, the device has HDMI out put and other usual items, and the device can share the 4G LTE  signal with up to five Wi-Fi-enabled devices when they activate the Verizon Wireless Mobile Hotspot. The Smartphone also supports wireless charger.

The Verizon Motorola Droid Bionic 4G LTE Smartphone will be available tomorrow via Verizon outlets across the country and Verizon’s online store. The Droid Bionic has been priced at $299 on-contract. The Lapdock will be available for $299.97, the HD Station will be available for $99.99 and the Adapter for Webtop Application will be available for $29.99. Verizon Wireless Mobile Hotspot data plans start at $30 for 2 GB, and if you purchase Lapdock with Droid Bionic, you will be offered $100 mail-in rebate when subscribing to a $50, 5 GB data plan or higher.
