ZiiLabs reveals Jaguar3 Ultra Slim Honeycomb Tablet reference Design

ZiiLab has introduced its new JAGUAR3 Android tablet reference design, the device coming with slim profile is honeycomb based tablet. The tablet is ultra-slim and light weight device that features 10.1″ wider screen. The tablet is targeting at OEM market.

The ZiiLabs Jaguar3 powered by dual-core 1.5GHz ARM Cortex-A9 based ZMS-20 StemCell Processors features  A dual camera system of up to 12 Megapixel, HD for front facing camera, Sporting a magnesium case with a svelte 8.1mm or 7.4mm-thin profile depending on your preference and pocketbook, it packs a 1200 x 800 capacitive multitouch display running Android 3.2.

ZiiLabs claims that consumers have option to upgrade it to the next generation ZMS-40 SoC chip which sports a quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 and 96 StemCell Processors. These 100-core 4th Generation tablet solution are expected to be available to OEMs in the next quarter.

The ZiiLABS JAGUAR3 Reference Design Kits are expected to sample to select customers in October 2011.
