AT&T Motorola ATRIX 2 and XOOM Family Edition Tablet released; Pricing $99 and $379
After leaks and rumors, only a few days ago the ATRIX and XOOM 2 Family Editions were announced, but it didn’t take long time for both devices to be available for purchase finally. The successor of Motorola ATRIX and the XOOM Family Edition are now available from AT&T and Best Buy respectively.
AT&T is offering the ATRIX 2 comparatively cheap price but features powerful Dual-core 1GHz processor , 4.3 inch qHD display, 1GB of RAM, An 8MP camera on back which is 3MP higher than the previous model and also it can shoot video at 1080p while a front-facing shooter lets you take self-portraits and engage in video chat. Features are pretty good and only costs $99 with two year contract.
On the other hand the XOOM family edition is mainly focusing as it’s name suggests family and is an exclusive products from Best Buy. The basically device features the same as the XOOM tablet and but comes with some apps pre-installed on the device which are mainly focusing on kids. The tablet is powered by dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor and sports 10.1 inch screen with 1280 x800 resolution, 16GB of native storage, 1GB of RAM and runs on Android Honeycomb 3.1.
The Motorola XOOM 2 Family Edition is priced at $379 and you can now order the device from Best Buy.
