LG to release Optimus LTE HD Smartphone; Specs revealed
LG has unveiled its new Android Smartphone named LG Optimus LTE, as the name suggests the smartphone is coming with LTE support and features huge display with 720 x 1280 resolution. The Korea-bound handset is the first in the world to pack both an HD screen and LTE connectivity.
The LG optimus LTE powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM features a 4.5-inch IPS display with 720 x 1280, an 8 megapixel main camera with LED flash and a 1.3 megapixel front-facing snapper. The Smartphone also features 4GB, 16GB memory card, on-board HDMI port, DLNA and the standard suite of wireless standards. The battery for the device is 1,830mAh but it’s y to be seen how long the battery lasts with this monster Smartphone. The Smartphone is running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
LG seems to be committed to the Smartphone market and they constantly announces new and powerful Smartphones nowadays. It shows its intention to catch up the market that other companies like Samsung have been yet.
