Pandigital to release 8″ SuperNova Gingerbread Tablet; Specs and Price

Pandigital has announced a new Android tablet on its tablet lineup names Pandigital SuperNova, the new tablet is coming with  8 inch display and bigger brother of its own Nova tablet.  But never feel that this tablet is really bigger in specs.

when it comes to the specs, the device is powered by a 1Ghz single-core processor and sports 8 inch display with 800×600 resolution at a 4:3 aspect ratio, 4GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot and Android 2.3 Gingerbread on board.

Unfortunately the device will not have an access to Android market in spite of running on Android and users will have to use GetJar alternative app store. The Pandigital SuperNova is expected to be released by mid October for a rice of $299 . It is comparatively high and you know that HTC Flyer is also now sold for the same price at Best Buy and seems to be better than this one if the price for SuperNova tablet is not cut.
