Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Note Release Date for Europe official
Samsung has officially announced awaiting release date for recently unveiled Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Note, the announcement came from Battersea Powerstation in London. The Galaxy Nexus is the first Ice Cream Sandwich powered device while the Galaxy Note is a device stands between Tablet and Smartphone.
According to Samsung, the Galaxy Nexus will be released in Europe November 17 followed by Global availability.The Galaxy Nexus was unveiled in Hong Kong. The company hasn’t revealed anything regarding to US release of the device, but it is expected to be available in November itself. In Europe, the Galaxy Nexus will have HSPA+ connectivity, unlike the US version. Verizon’s Galaxy Nexus will offer a 4G LTE.
The Galaxy Note will go on sale on October 29 staring first from Germany with the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK and France following in the next few days. It’s expected that by the end of November most of Europe will get its Note. The device is 5.3 inch Smartphone, or call it “Smartphone or Tablet” that is running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Samsung also announced that there will be a white version of the Galaxy Note, complete with a white S Pen. You will also be offered a bunch of accessories for the Galaxy Note including a cool-looking leather carrying case. Samsung will release S Pen SDK for developers in December and we can expect more apps specifically designed for S Pen. Check out the video below before you leave.
