Toshiba 55X3 3D TV with 3850 x 2160 Resolution unveiled; releasing in December
Toshiba has unveiled a new 3D TV on its lineup, the new 3D tv comes with a QFHD set with a native resolution of 3850 x 2160. while our normal HDTVs are coming with 1920 x 1080. native resolution. The new 3D tv doesn’t need any glasses to view 3D content on the screen.
The TV also offers control over the direct backlight LED for accurate colors and deeper black levels and uses parallax barrier with a lenticular sheet over the entire screen. The TV is also compatible with2D content. The TV has USB HDD support that lets you record two programs at one time. IF you have Regza tablet, you will be able to play the content from the tablet on the TV
The TV model number is 55X3 and will be released in Japan in mid December 2011. Unfortunately pricing of the Toshiba 3D TV is not revealed yet.
