Volta BCN Electric Motorcycle to be released in Q2 2012

When it comes to Electric Vehicles, we can see such a growth in new vehicles but most of them are 4 wheelers but there are only a few companies that come with two wheeler that dashes on Electric charges. If you are one among those who want to be green while raiding on Motorcycle, here is it from Volta. The new ranges include BCN Sport, BCN City, and BCN My Volta.

Whichever you select from the models, all of them feature 35 horses under the hood and will come with a range of 70 kilometers and a lithium-polymer battery. The motorbike comes with a trunk with capacity for a full-face helmet, as well as a mobile phone charger. The Volta BCN motorbikes are expected to debut at the EICMA Motorshow in Milan in November.

We can expect more details soon. The Volta bikes are expected to be priced  around the €7,000 with first units set to be released Q2 of 2012.
