Dummy Motorola Droid 4 for Verizon spotted

Dummy Motorola Droid 4 for Verizon spotted

Only a couple of days ago we saw the image of anticipated Droid 4 on Best Buy’s reward site. CES is getting closer and this time we have the image Droid 4 dummy, the images spotted in different angle of the device. The device looks similar to the Motorola Droid RAZR except the 5 row QWERTY keyboard. This leak affirms further about the Droid 4’s existence in Motorola. The TechnoBuffalo got hand on the Dummy version of the Droid 4 and posted images in different angle.

The design looks cool and neat and seems to be a little thikker than the Droid RAZR, it should be because of the slide out QWERTY keyboard. One of the main feature that was missing from previous version was 4G LTE support, but this time it seems that the Motorola has found solution for that with the new version, the 4G Logo on the rear side of the Dummy Smartphone almost confirmed the 4G support for the Droid 4.

According to rumors, the Droid 4 will be powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and feature a 4 inch qHD screen, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of native storage  and 8MP camera capturing 1080p video. There will also be front-facing camera that has been improved to capture HD video and  a 1785mAh cell. When it compares to the previous version, the new one should have a lot of improvements spec-wise as well as other features. There should be a micro-USB port and HDMI for connectivity which are visible in the leaked image.

Anyway, there hasn’t been any confirmation about the Smartphone other than this leak yet. The Droid 4 is expected to be unveiled at CES 2012 and launched late January or early February.
