Motorola MOTOLUXE and rugged DEFY MINI Smartphones official with Specs and Release Date

For 2012 the Motorola has announced its new two devices, the devices include an alluring MOTOLUXE and rugged DEFY MINI Smartphones.  The Smartphone are mid range with Android Gingerbread operating system.

The Motorola MOTOLUXE is powered by  an 800 MHz Scorpion CPU and features  4″ LCD of FWVGA resolution (854 x 480 pixels) and an 8MP camera. Connectivity include 7.2Mbps HSDPA, Wi-Fi b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, microUSB and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device has an onboard storage of  512MB and can be expanded with microSD card slot. Anyway,  let’s hope it will not leave your pocket empty and will be available for cheap price. The MOTOLUXE measures at 117.7 x 60.5 x 9.85 mm and 123.6g

On the other hand the Motorola DEFY MINI is really as the name suggest, a rugged mini version of the original DEFY. The Smartphone is coming with 3.2″ HVGA display with a Gorilla Glass and touted to be water and dust resistant.

The Smartphone is powered by a 600 MHz CPU  coupled with 512MB of RAM and also features Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi b/g/n (with WiFi Direct support) and an FM radio. Other features include front-facing camera, dual-band HSDPA and quadband EDGE. The Smartphone smaller at 109 x 58.5 x 12.55 mm  and weighs 107g.

When it comes to the availability, both devices have already gone on sale in China as XT615 (MOTOLUXE) and the XT320 (DEFY MINI). In Europe and Latin America, the devices should be released in February. The Pricing for the devices is still a mystery, but hopes to be revealed soon.
