OLPC XO 3.0 Tablet to debut at CES 2012; Pricing $100As  it is getting closer to the CES 2012, we are hearing about more interesting devices, OLPC aka One Laptop Per Kid will be introducing a interesting tablet at CES 2012, dubbed XO 3.0 will be low cost tablet. Even  though the tablet was supposed to be unveiled early and go in production 2010, it was delayed for better screen for the tablet.

The tablet will be coming with different screen depending on the configuration for the purchase while the device will features 8″ display, Marvell’s Armada PXA618 SOC and 512MB of RAM. The tablet with PixelQi 1024×768 display will cost you $100.  The tablet will either be running on Android or OLPC’s own Sugar OS which is customized version of Linux.

We can expect many more tablets like this one with $100 price tag at CES 2012, the OLPC tablet will be sold in bulk for countries primarily, so purchasing one will be a little tough. OLPC has confirmed that it will debut the tablet at CES 2012, so stay tuned for more details of the XO 3.0.
