Sony releases Cyber-shot TX200V and WX70/WX50 Cameras; Specs and Price
Sony has released a series of its Cyber-shot digital camera that include flagship, the DSC-TX200V, and a pair of affordable point-and-shoots, the DSC-WX70 and WX50. All camera are very pocket friendly and looks nice at first glance.
The TX200V features an 18.2MP Exmor R CMOS sensor, 26mm 5x optical zoom and a 3.3-inch Xtra Fine TruBlack OLED touchscreen even while the camera measures just 95.5 x 58.3 x 16 mm. The model support 1080/60p video recording, up to 10fps continuous stills and has speedy BIONZ processor for super-fast focussing. According to Sony, the TX200V can automatically shooting two frames back-to-back in low-light or otherwise troublesome conditions, using difference settings for each. The TX200V is also dustproof as well as waterproof to 16 feet.The camera also features Automatic background defocus, optical image stabilization and face detection.
On the other hand, the Cyber-shot DSC-WX70 and WX50 share the same 16.2-megapixel sensor and features 25mm 5x optical zoom and full HD video recording. Both are capable of capture 12-megapixel frames as well as simultaneously recording video. Both Cyber-shot DSC-WX70 and WX50 also pack 3-inches and 2.7-inches respectively and optical image stabilizer.
The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX200V is available for pre-order right now for pre-order in Silver, a violet and res version will hit the market on March 23. Ont other hand, the Cyber-shot DSC-WX70 and WX50 have been priced at $229.99 and $199.99 respectively.
