Verizon Droid RAZR gets price cut by $100; Amazon deal for $169.99
Yes those people are lucky who have been thinking of buying a Motorola DROID RAZR for Verizon since it was launched but waited for a price cut, Verizon has dropped the prize of its flagship Android device to $199, mean a plain $100 discount if you buy the Smartphone right now from Verizon.
One thing to note that the offer is only for 16GB version and if you are looking for 32GB version that comes with 16GB card bundled you will have to pay $299. It seems that the update is ahead of the new DROID RZR MAXX which was unveiled at CES 2012.
Anyway, if you are looking for a real deal from other retailers, Amazon is offering the 32GB version that comes with 16GB internal storage and 16GB microSD card for just $169.99. It is even big deal but the price may vary based on plans you choose.
The DROID RAZR is dual-core-powered Android Smartphone with LTE support. The Smartphone is running on Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread right now, an update to the ICS is expectable though. The Smartphone features 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, IGB RAM and 8MP 1080p video recorder on the rear.
