 Panasonic Eluga official with Specs; Hands-on ImagesPanasonic has unveiled its new generation Android Smartphone named Eluga, the Smartphone expected to be launched in Europe in this March, has a stunning form-factor with flat and huge display  and curvy rear side.

When it comes to specs, the Panasonic Eluga has pretty good features under the hood that include a dual-core 1GHz TI OMAP 4430 processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. The Smartphone also sports  a 4.3-inch OLED display with qHD 960 x 540 pixels resolution, 8MP auto-focus snapper with image stabilization and  1,150 mAh battery promised 300 h of standby and 240 minutes of talk time.

The Panasonic Eluga will come with buit-in NFC capability.The device is also somewhat rugged  as it is water- and dust-proof. The Panasonic Eluga Smartphone has 7.8mm thickness and weighs only 103grams, mean the Smartphone is also excitingly slimy. Even though most people might be expecting new Smartphone with ICS on board right out of the box, Panasonic’s Eluga will be running on Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread with a promise of ICS update in the Spring of this year.

Folks at Pocket-lint has managed to have their hand on the Panasonic Eluga at the Panasonic Convention 2012 in Hamburg and they also tested the Smartphone submerged in water. Check out the images below and feel free to drop your comment in the box.
