ASUS confirms Android 5.0 Jelly Bean; to be among the first to release Android 5.0Recently we have reported about the next version of the Android named Jelly Beans, even though we expected a clue at the MWC, it   was fail. But now it seems that the ASUS will be the first among the manufacturers to release  Android 5.0 Jelly Bean update. ASUS confirmed it to the TechRadar.

The first report about the Jelly Bean came from DigiTimes and with this confirmation, it is obvious that Google is preparing to introduce its next OS on Android platform. While the Microsoft is expected to release its Windows 8 OS for tablet with enhanced features and metro UI in Q3 2012, Google is expected to take the advantage of its earlier release with integration of more interesting features for its next version of Android 5.0 Jelly Bean to keep its market share.

ASUS  VP Benson Lin was confirming the the moniker Jelly Bean, “Asus is very close to Google, so once they have Android 5.0 I think there will be a high possibility that we will be the first wave to offer the Jelly Bean update.”  said Benson Lin. ASUS seems to be more confident about its relation with the Google, and it is somewhat true while considering its first release of Honey comb device and Ice Cream Sandwich update for its device.  Anyway, we will know more about the new Android OS soon, in the coming months we could hear more rumors and scoops, so stay tuned.
