Microsoft is busy prepping a new platform challenging the iOS and Android in the mobile market, but it is yet to see it has put enough effort to make it happen. Anyway, we have here a leaked specs of an alleged Windows 8 tablet made from Dell, the leaked screenshot has revealed almost complete specs details of the new tablet.
The leaked details were published on neowin, and according to the leak, the Dell’s new Windows 8 tablet will be on its Latitude series and could be known as Dell Latitude 10. The Dell Latitude 10 tablet PC will be a 10” x 7” x 0.4” in measurement and weighs just 1.57 lbs. Anyway let’s see what is under the hood in a slate that weighs 1.57 lbs.
The Dell Latitude slate is powered by an Intel Clover Trail Atom Dual Core processor with 2GB of RAM and integrated Intel Graphics and packs a 10.1” HD (1366 x 768) capacitive, multi touch display with optional stylus, interestingly the tablet will have enough storage for your all of your multimedia and other files to store, you won’t have to cry for more storage anyway as it features 128GB unlike most of the Android and iOS devices with a maximum storage capacity of 62GB.
Other features include 8-MP rear camera, 2MP front-facing camera, fingerprint reader, along with bunch of usual features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, built-in speakers, optional mobile broadband, micro USB charging port, and a stereo headphone/microphone combo jack.
Excitingly,the tablet will come with a removable battery and there sill be two options for battery, one with 6 to s hours of life and other with 10 to 12 hours.
The tablet is quite impressive with specs and features and if it comes with a reasonable price, it will certainly give other devices a run for consumers money. Anyway there are no details on pricing or release date yet, but stay tuned
