LG LS970 Eclipse 4G LTE features removable Battery and NFC
LG LS970 Eclipse 4G was first spotted some days ago with its powerful specs under the hood. The Sprint-bound device has again appeared online with couple of new features which were not revealed earlier along with its other features as well as the image of the device back cover removed that shows LG-branded battery and its model number on the chassis.
If you missed the specs, the LG LS970 Eclipse LTE is powered by a quad-core Krait processor (at 1.5GHz), and features 4.67-inch 1280x768px LCD screen, 2GB RAM, a 13MP rear camera, a 1.3MP front-facing camera and 16GB internal storage with LTE connectivity.
But when the the device spotted first, we had no idea about its battery, but now we can see that the device is coming with a user removable 2100mAh Li-Po battery and will also feature NFC connectivity along with LTE and other usual connectivity features. The back cover also reveals the camera and a single LED flash.
When other manufacturers like Samsung bragging about its new Galaxy S III with Quad-core processor, LG definitely doesn’t want to stay behind and just see what’s happening, but coming with a beast that none can compete in terms specs at least till a company releases a Smartphone with such specs. Anyway, it is still in rumor mill and release or price details are yet unknown and to be announced by the company, but what we know is the device is headed to Sprint. LG has already announced Optimus LTE 2 with 2GB RAM in Korea.
