LG to release LS970 Eclipse LTE with quad-core 1.5GHz Krait processor and 2 GB RAM?

It seems like LG is prepping a new flagship device bound for Sprint and allegedly named LS970 device has been spotted with some specs details and will probably be known as Eclipse 4G LTE. According to leaked info the Smartphone is a real beast inside and could even beat other high-end devices with specs under the hood.

The LG V is powered by a Snapdragon SoC (System-On-a-Chip) with a quad-core 1.5GHz Krait processor and features  4.67-inch 1280x768px LCD screen, 2GB RAM, a 13MP rear camera, a 1.3MP front-facing camera and  16GB internal storage. needless to say  the Smartphone is coming with LTE.

The Eclipse 4G LTE is expected to be thin at  8.6mm and weigh 142 grams with a  2100mAh battery. The SoC should outdo every ARM Cortex-A9-based quad-core chipsets out there including Tegra 3 and Exynos.

Anyway, all this info sounds good but till we could hear an official announcement or a hint, take it with a grain of salt. LG recently announced the LG Optimus LTE 2 with 2Gb RAM and LG wa the first to announce a Dual-core Smartphone in the market so we won’t be surprised if LG announces a phone with a quad-core Krait and 2G RAM .
