LG to release LS970 Eclipse LTE with quad-core 1.5GHz Krait processor and 2 GB RAM?
The LG V is powered by a Snapdragon SoC (System-On-a-Chip) with a quad-core 1.5GHz Krait processor and features 4.67-inch 1280x768px LCD screen, 2GB RAM, a 13MP rear camera, a 1.3MP front-facing camera and 16GB internal storage. needless to say the Smartphone is coming with LTE.
The Eclipse 4G LTE is expected to be thin at 8.6mm and weigh 142 grams with a 2100mAh battery. The SoC should outdo every ARM Cortex-A9-based quad-core chipsets out there including Tegra 3 and Exynos.
Anyway, all this info sounds good but till we could hear an official announcement or a hint, take it with a grain of salt. LG recently announced the LG Optimus LTE 2 with 2Gb RAM and LG wa the first to announce a Dual-core Smartphone in the market so we won’t be surprised if LG announces a phone with a quad-core Krait and 2G RAM .
