Toshiba to release AT300 10.1″ Tegra 3 ICS Slate in June; Specs and Price
Toshiba has announced its latest Android tablet AT300, the device to feature Android 4.0 ICS on board right out of the box has a neat look and feel with slim form factor. Toshiba AT300 is the latest tablet PC to come with quad-core processor with Android 4.0 ICS. The slate is packed in a thin, aluminum body that gives it a better looking, certainly this is one of the better looking table out there.
When you first see the device, one of the main thing you notice is alluring design and form factor in a thin, 0.35-inch (8.95mm) body clad in aluminum. The Toshiba AT300 with whole package in it weighs 1.3 pounds (590 g).
The Toshiba AT300 is powered by a quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor along with 1GB of DDR3 RAM and sports a 10.1-inch Gorilla Glass LED-backlit display with 1280×800 resolution, 5MP camera on the rear side and 2MP front-facing camera for your video call.
The Toshiba AT300 comes in two flavors in terms of storage, on with 16GB and other with 32GB, but both have a microSD card slot with support up to 64GB.
Toshiba AT300 Android 4.0 slate release date is set for June in select markets, the price for the device in UK is £329 for 16GB version while £379 for 32GB version.
