Apple MacBook Air 2012 releases with Ivy Bridge and USB 3.0; Specs and Price

As we expected the Apple had a bunch of products to introduce at the Apple WWDC 2012 event and one of them is Apple MacBook Air, ever thin notebook with new features under the hood. Excitingly, the MacBook Air will come with 3rd generation Intel ivy Bridge processor  ranging from core i5 processor to 1.8GHz dual-core.

The 2012 MacBook Air also boasts of  8GB of ram,  512GB of flash storage  and will come in 11 and 13 inch models. The 11 inc models has 1366 x 768 pixel resolution display while the 13 inch model has 1440 x 900 pixel resolution .

The 2012 MacBook Air also features Facetime camera with 720p resolution, USB 3.0 as well as a Thunderbolt port.  The 11-inch model  with an i5 processor and in flash storage between 64 and 128GB price range between $999 to $1099.

On the other hand, 13 inch model with a dual-core i5 processor inside and either 128GB flash storage or 256GB come with a price ranging between  $1199 and $1499 USD.
