ASUS Tablet 600 Windows 8 Slate unveiled with SpecsASUS has unveiled its brand new Windows 8 tablet at this year Computex, the new tablet is a windows 8 version of the flagship Transformer tablets with same detachable keyboard and battery dock . The Windows 8 tablet is named ASUS Tablet 600 , this year computex kicked off with a range of Windows 8 tablets including Acer’s new tablets announced at the expo named Iconia W700 and W510.

ASUS Tablet 600 is running on Windows RT  for ARM based tablet, the tablet is powered by a quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor and carries a 10.1″ IPS display with  1366×768 pixels of resolution,  generous 2GB of RAM, an 8MP camera with LED flash on the rear side and 32GB of internal storage.

Time will prove if the Windows RT tablet PCs are successful or not and when it comes to pricing, we shouldn’t expect it to be cheaper one, we are waiting for the ASUS to announce the price. The company hasn’t said anything about availability as well, as the Windows 8 launch getting closer, we will certainly know more about the ASUS Tablet 600. The ASUS has also announced another beast named Tablet 810 with same specs except 11.6″ IPS display and and an Intel Medfield processor.
