Dell Latitude 10 Windows 8 Tablet to release mid November; more details leak
The leak comes from NeoWin but now they have managed obtain a bunch of internal shorts revealing almost all details about the Dell Latitude 10 Windows 8 tablet. The Dell latitude 10 tablet will come with two battery options that include (2 cell or 4 cell), 10.5mm thin for the standard edition and 13.4mm for the security edition of the Dell Latitude 10 tablet.
There will also be a full-fledged Ethernet port and a wireless charging dock along with the specs below:
- a 10.1-inch multi-touch Gorilla Glass display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels,
- optional Wacom stylus
- Intel dual-core Atom Clover Trail processor with clock speeds starting at 1.5GHz,
- 2GB of RAM
- users choice for hard drive – up to 128GB of SSD storage
- four USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet, and HDMI.
It seems like this is not the Windows RT tablet yet, Dell is reportedly prepping multiple Windows 8 tablet. Windows RT on ARM is expected to launch this October, but according to sources, the Dell is having some issues to get it the way they want the device to bring its most out of the device. Anyway, there is no much info about the reason why it is.
The Dell is also reportedly prepping to bring the Ultrabooks to corporate lever as it is more portable and user-friendly. The Dell is also expected to bring wireless dock for ultrabooks.
