HTC Zenith, Accord and Rio WP8 Smartphones Specs leaked
It has been only hours after the announcement of the Windows Phone 8, three of new HTC Windows Phone 8 details have been leaked. Microsoft has already announced the HTC as one of the manufacturers who will build the Windows Phone 8 Smartphones. It is really exciting that the companies are already prepared and going to bring powerful devices to the market with the new OS, WP 8.
According ti the leaked info, HTC is prepping three new WP8 Smartphones named “Zenith, Accord and Rio. Among them, Zenith is touted to be high-end devices that will compete other Smartphones in the market while other two are mid and entry-level Smartphones by specs under the hood. All of the three devices have almost neat specs.
Microsoft has already announced that WP8 will support multi-core processors that range up to 64-core CPU even though the Microsoft would focus on Dual-core this fall, it is not sure when the powerful HTC Zenith will hit the market with Quad-core processor. The HTC Zenith is expected to be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU and feature a 4.7-inch 720p Super LCD 2 display, 8-megapixel sensor camera with 1080p capture, and 42Mbps HSPA+ data connectivity.
Secondly, the HTC Accord which will stand between mid and high-end devices and expected to be powered by a dual-core MSM8260A processor and features a 4.3-inch 720p Super LCD 2 touch display, 8MP camera with 1080p shooting capability and 42Mbps HSPA+ data connectivity. The HTC Accord Windows Phone 8 is also expected to feature 1GB of RAM as well as NFC support. There is no reason not to believe the HTC Zenith won’t feature NFC.
Finally, There is HTC Rio which is an enty-level Windows Phone 8 Smartphone that is rumored to be powered by a Snapdragon S4 Plus line processor, and sport 4-inch WVGA display, a 5-MP camera with 720p video capture and 512MB on board memory. Th e HTC Rio will still squeeze in 14.4Mbps HSPA .
There is also hint about these three devices release date, according to the report, the HTC Accord and Rio expected to be released in October while the beast HTC Zenith in Q4 2012. Anyway, all are rumors and yet to be confirmed, so just take it with grain of salt until there is a confirmation by any officials.
