Acer to release Aspire 5600U All-in-One with Ivy Bridge; Specs revealed

Acer has added a new All-in-One PC to its portfolio. The new All-in-One desktop is on its Aspire lineup dubbed Aspire 5600U All-in-One PC. The Aspire 5600U All-in-One is coming with slim profile at 35mm thickness and 23 inch display with high resolution. According to the Acer, the Aspire 5600U All-in-One desktops chassis is  around 35mm thick and will be offered with Intel’s third generation Ivy Bridge processor inside.

The Acer Aspire 5600U All-in-One is powered by an optional Core i3 and Core i5 Ivy Bridge processors and packs a 23 inch diagonal display  featuring a 5ms response time, 250 nits of brightness, and 10 point multitouch.  The Acer Aspire 5600U All-in-One  also features  NVIDIA’s GT 630M graphics, Up to 8GB of 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM  as well as up to 1TB of hard drive with an optional 20GB SSD if you want system to boot faster.

In terms of ports and connectivity, the Acer Aspire 5600U All-in-One PC comes with  three USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet, HDMI input and output, a card reader and  Two USB 3.0 ports  that will let you faster file transfer. You can also configure the All-in-One with an optiona Blu-ray drive for your multimedia purposes.

Acer has also included some other features like TV tuners with options for dual DVB-T, hybrid DVB-T, or hybrid ATSC  based on your region, and a webcam that can capture videos at 1080p  Full HD. If you want to mount the monitor on the wall, it is also possible, thanks to the VESA mount compatibility.

The Acer Aspire 5600U All-in-One is more flexible with the display that can be adjusted backward for a better viewing angle and  also features wireless keyboard and mouse.Unfortunately, Acer hasn’t revealed anything regarding  price and release date for the Aspire 5600U All-in-One desktop, but expected to be available soon.Anyway, stay tuned we will keep you posted and feel free to drop your comment in the box below.
