Motorola DEFY PRO QWERTY announced; Specs and Release Date

Want an Android smartphone featuring BlackBerry-like portrait QWERTY keyboard?, then, Motorola has introduced its new line of Android Smartphone on its Defy series, named Motorola DEFY PRO, but unlike other Defy series, this one is coming with full QWERTY keyboard on board as well as other usual rugged features. There may be those who want BlackBerry-like portrait keyboard on their Android Smartphone, and if you are one among them, this one is for you, but never expect a high-end specs under the hood.

The Motorola DEFY PRO features  2.7” touchscreen with  scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass, 5MP camera with flash, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, microUSB port, and a microSD card slot. The Smartphone also features a dashboard that let you organize your day that include Outdoor View, Hiking View, and Workout View

As a rugged smartphone, Motorola DEFY PRO is water-resistant and dust-proof. It’s yet another offering from Motorola’s “Lifeproof” series of handsets.

The Motorola DEFY PRO is headed to launch in Brazil, and release date is set to July 15th. Motorola hasn’t said anything about pricing as well as availability of the device in other markets like US.
