According to 9to5Mac, the base model 13 inch MacBook Pro with Retina display will cost you $1,699 at launch based on wholesale prices, while MacBook with higher specifications will have price tag of $200 to $300 more from the base model. When it comes to retail price, The base model Retina MacBook Pro will retail for $2,199 in the United State.
The 13″ MacBook Pro is expected to sport a 2560×1600 pixel display, an Ivy Bridge processor, and ports such as Thunderbolt and HDMI as well as industrial design like the MacBook Pro 15. Other announcements we expect at the event include the iMac, Mac Mini and the most anticipated iPad mini.
