LG Nexus 4 confirmed; to be released by the end of November
We reported about an upcoming Google Nexus 4 smartphone made by LG couple of weeks ago, and Google and LG are expected to co-host an event to announce the device. Now LG’s Head of Mobile Product Planning, Amit Gujral has let slip that the Nexus 4 is real one in the pipeline. Amit Gujral shed some light on the smartphone in an interview with IBN Live .
He also gave a hint on its release that the device will be released in India “by the end of November”, anyway Global availability is still mystery.
Amit didn’t just stop there, but also revealed some specification details of the LG Nexus 4 Android smartphone. As we anticipated, device will come with a 4.7″ 1280 x 768 display, 2GB of RAM and a 1.5 GHz quad-core CPU like LG Optimus G. The processor should be running Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset. Previous report was that the device would have a 13MP camera but now it seems like the device will only have an 8MP on the rear side. There will be 8 GB to 16 GB of storage capacity. The device will come with latest Android 4.2 that s expected to be announced at the event.
