US Cellular expanding LTE Network to 30 New Markets on November 5
LTE network is spreading across the states, US Cellular has announced that it will expand its LTE network to 30 new markets. However, the carrier hasn’t revealed all cities in which the carrier plans to launch the LTE network. The company has listed leading markets, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, New Hampshire, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.
It is expected that more than half of the US Cellular consumers will have LTE access by the end of this year. Th carriers has also announced partnership with King Street Wireless, LP which holds several license for 700MHz in 27 states. The company also provides LTE services to many carriers.
US Cellular will launch its LTE network in new markets on November 5. The company already offers LTE smartphones including Galaxy Note II and Galaxy S III. Moreover, there are G LTE capable data devices including the Huawei UML397 4G LTE USB Wireless Modem and the Samsung SCH-LC11 Mobile Hotspot.
