Vizio upgrades its PC lineup with Touchscreen and Quad-core Processor
Vizio launched a series of PC last year, regardless of its poor battery life and flaky trackpads, the company did try to offer best when it came with PCs first time in the market. Now it seems like time to upgrade its PC lineup except one model from 2012.
All new Vizio series for 2013 will come with Windows 8 optimization, starting from All-in-ones and Thin + Light laptops will have touchscreens and quad-core processors. And you know the Vizio’s PCs certainly have industrial design, so the company didn’t have to make any changes to its design. The company promises faster and better performance compared to its previous models.
Vizo’s 14 and 15-inch Thin and Light Touch will be available in two configuration, one powered by a Core i7 processor while the other one by AMD’s top A10 chip. Vizo’s 24-inch all-in-one is also now All-in-One Touch and will be available in two configuration like its laptops, but the 27-inch model will only be offered with Intel inside. Almost all will feature 1080p displays, except for the 14-inch Thin + Light that has 1,600 x 900 resolution.
Anyway, pricing and exact release date for 2013 Vizio PCs are yet to be revealed but expected to be launched in mid-February. Didn’t you know ? ! Vizio has also unveiled its first Windows 8 tablet.
