We had expected the ASUS would have announced the MeMO Pad 10 ME301T at the CES, which was leaked a few days before the event started, but it didn’t happen and we were wondering when it would see the light. Now it seems like it is a matter of time, and pretty much spec details have been leaked along with an unboxing video of the tab.
The ASUS MeMO ME301T unboxing and hands-on video spotted on YouTube which you can see after the jump. Spec-wise, the device is a mid-end Android tablet, that is powered by a Tegra 3 SoC (T30L) running at 1.2GHz and features 10.1-inch IPS LCD screen with 1280×800 resolution, 1GB of RAM, 5MP camera on the rear side and a 1.2MP front-facing cam for video chats.
The device has a 16GB of storage and microSD card slot for a further expansion of the storage capacity. The tablet packs a batter expected to last a about 8.5 hours at a charge. On the software side, the tablet runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean right out of the box along with several extra features like back-up software and app for accessing 3GB of complementary cloud storage.
There si nothing so special about the tablet when it comes to specs, but you could grab the device at a reasonable price when it hits. the ASUS MeMO ME301T is expected to cost 300 euro ($400) in Europe. Anyway, an official announcement should be imminent. Now take look at the video below.
