Lenovo IdeaPhone K900 announced; featuring 2GHz Intel CPU

It seems like Lenovo has decided to make its footprint in the smartphone market. The company has announced its new IdeaPhone K900, with a huge display like on the Huawei Ascend D2, the smartphone looks pretty neat and  headed to China.

The Lenovo IdeaPhone K900 is powered by a Intel’s new 2GHz Atom processor and features a 5.5″ with Full HD resolution at 400+ PPI pixel density. The smartphone has a stainless steel and polycarbonate chassis and measures just 6.9mm thick, and Lenovo says that it is the thinnest for its class.

The smartphone also features a 13MP Sony Exmor backside illuminated sensor. The smartphone is running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Lenovo’s customized UI on top of it. Unfortunately, pricing and release date are not available yet.
