Samsung announces Quad-Core Galaxy Grand for South Korea

Dual-SIM version of the Galaxy Grand is about to hit the market, meanwhile Samsung has announced a special edition for its home land.  The new Galaxy Grand is coming with boosted specs under the hood.

The Samsung Galaxy Grand for South Korea is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core processor and features VoLTE and DMB-T support. The device is identical to the international version, boasting 5-inch display with WVGA (800×480) resolution, 8MP and 2MP cameras. The device also has NFC with S Beam, Bluetooth 4.0,  8GB internal memory and microSD card slot for further expansion of the storage, supports up to 64GB. The device runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS.

Anyway, Samsung is yet to announce its pricing and exact release date. At present it is not sure if it will be released in other markets as well.
