Samsung Galaxy Premier goes on Sale in Taiwan

Samsung has launched its Galaxy Premier which was announced back in October 2012.  The smartphone with a titanium gray casing is a mid-end Android smartphone, but essentially a Galaxy Nexus device with a bit updated spec under the hood.

The Samsung Galaxy Premier is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor and sports a 4.65-inch, 1280 x 720 Super AMOLED display, 8MP rear camera capable of recording 1080p video, 1.9MP front camera and 16GB of internal storage, don’t about the storage, there is a microSD card as well for further expansion of the memory.

The  smartphone comes with all the goodies you expect such as S Voice, S Beam, Smart Stay, Pop-up Play, etc. The device runs on Android 4.1 OS with Samsung’s own skin atop.

The smartphone is now available in Taiwan for a price of 15,900 Taiwanese Dollars, that is about US$549.  The smartphone is expected hit other Asian market soon,  exact date is not available though.
